It is then encased in a dark chocolate shell and dusted in Ecuadorian chocolate powder. Since the truffle is dusted in chocolate powder and not cocoa powder you will never get that initial bitterness. The balance of salt and savoury against the chocolate and creaminess is absolutely addictive. Yes peanut and chocolate is hardly a new flavour combination but it is done to perfection here. I had a fight with my boyfriend to even get one to try - he absolutely loved these.

I don't know what else to say other than awesome :) I love these pralines (they're a a delicious mix of sweet, salty and a tiny bit bitter from the cacao dusting) and I almost can't believe that they're actually vegan, too. I thought the lime chili ganaches were good, but wow, this is my new favourite, and that of my husband, too. If you're hesitating to try them, please don't. You'll miss out.
