When you place an order, we aim to dispatch your goods within 1-2 working days using the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you opt for, delivery date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Returns Policy

We are as passionate about customer satisfaction as we are about making chocolate. We love you as much as we love chocolate so we ensure that your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, containing the elegant packaging and fine chocolate that we are known for. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us to return your order for a prompt replacement, refund, or exchange.

You may return unopened items within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, with the exception of truffles (also known as water ganaches) which may be returned within ten days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within ten working days of us receiveing the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
