Our Michelin star restaurant supplied dark chocolate salted caramel is a blend of 62% Ecuadrorian dark chocolate and a muscovado based caramel with sea salt.

We use no cream or butter in our recipe - instead we use water when making our truffle a water ganache and in doing so unveil all the hidden notes in these beautiful single origin chocolates.
