RECIPE: ANEESH POPAT’S ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE TART
Earlier this year I made one of my all-time favourite recipes on BBC's Nadiya Bakes. After many many requests I am sharing this recipe. It is a very simple recipe but incredibly delicious. Of course, with such few ingredients quality chocolate is paramount. After all, in a water ganache, water being flavourless all you will taste is chocolate, so it needs to be the precious kind.

Colgate Chocolate Lips
Colgate commissioned Aneesh to develop a red chocolate lip which would conceal behind it a new-to-launch toothpaste held by a beautiful printed smile. The chocolate lips had the colgate instagram tag @colgateuk and hashtag #PoutFree engraved on to them. Made from a red tinted luxury white chocolate this chocolate lip stretched a generous 23cm!

BBC Audio Drama Awards' Chocolates
To celebrate the BBC Audio Drama Awards and to thank the esteemed judges we provided bespoke chocolate boxes with beautiful matt purple paper and silver foiling. The box showcased a selection of our favourite flavours and some specials including rhubarb, sea-buckthorn, mango and cranberry.

Peru 2019
In October of 2019 I was taken to Alto El Sol, a plantation in Peru who supply beans to Cacao Barry - a brand who we work closely with for our origin chocolate supply. It was my first trip to plantation although not my first encounter with a real cacao tree. My first face to 'face' experience was at The Eden Project in Cornwall where I unexpextedly stumbled across the tree in their Tropical Biome.
